It’s the Right Time to Train for Health Care Careers

As the baby boom population ages, demand for health care services continues to rise. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, health care occupations are expected to grow 18% over the 2016-2026 period—much faster than the estimated 7% growth for all occupations over the same period. i

Of the approximately 2.4 million new jobs this growth could create, many will involve supporting doctors, specialists, and nursing teams to coordinate and process the procedures they provide to patients. Some will involve helping patients understand their options for complex care—options you could help explain to them as a graduate of our innovative, multi-disciplinary Health Profession Studies program.
