At Georgian Court University, we believe that the men and women who have given selflessly on behalf of our country deserve the very best classroom and campus experience.
The GCU Student Veterans Resource Project (SVRP) offers a variety of academic, social, support, and logistical resources for both active duty and veteran students. In one centralized location, students can access resources, information, and networking opportunities, along with re-integration support via social, academic, and psychological services. In addition, we offer financial assistance for tuition reimbursement and job training support.
Most importantly, our professors, mentors and staff reach beyond academics and coursework to provide a philosophy of fellowship and life-affirming inspiration that can help define your purpose and path.
How we serve those who’ve served:
Designated as a 2017 Military Friendly® School, Georgian Court University has a notable history of being third-party certified to meet the unique challenges of former and active military students.
Our 12:1 Student-Faculty Ratio means you won’t get lost in a crowd. GCU teachers strive to provide caring, personalized support to each and every student.
Participating in the Yellow Ribbon Program means that we are able to provide funding to help bridge the gap between the GI Bill and tuition expenses.
Respect, Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service: these are our Mercy Core values, and we uphold them in all that we do. For those who have served, we aim to inspire a clear purpose and fulfilling path in civilian life.
